Process Characterization Software For The Transpector Gas Analysis System
FabGuard Explorer, process gas characterization software for the INFICON Transpector Gas Analysis System, is a Microsoft Windows-based application for process monitoring, process characterization and vacuum system diagnostics. FabGuard Explorer gives users the most popular RGA functions - process monitoring, leak detection and recipe controlled operation - in easy-to-use one-click functionality. FabGuard Explorer is Windows 7 tested providing comprehensive RGA software with no concerns about operating system compatibility.
FabGuard Explorer utilizes over 30 years of INFICON RGA experience to provide the user with a low-cost RGA control software package unlike anything else on the market. FabGuard Explorer offers numerous new value-added functions which provide the user with state-of-the-art functionality including:
- Multi-Run Viewer, which allows the user to view multiple process runs on the same graph making it easy to spot deviations.
- Auto-Tune, which with the click of a button, mass tunes your sensor to keep it in perfect working order.
- Vacuum Diagnostics, an unprecedented new tool which scans the entire mass range of the sensor and immediately alerts the user as to what gas species are present in their system.
- Run Summary, which continuously tracks all of the parameters associated with the sensor in much the same way as a "black box" aboard an aircraft, providing specific Run parameters associated innately with the data collection.
FabGuard Explorer is pre-configured for typical process monitoring, immediately ready to show a bar graph and trend display of commonly monitored gases such as hydrogen, water vapor, nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and carbon dioxide. FabGuard Explorer includes a much simpler process for recipe generation allowing novice users to create in-depth, multi-step recipes that were previously only available to advanced users
For operating one Transpector system, the single-sensor version of FabGuard Explorer is a cost-effective solution. With the multi-sensor version, a variety of Transpector types can be controlled as a network from a single computer. The multi- sensor version of FabGuard Explorer also eliminates the need for a computer slot to accommodate an RS485 board, since the TCA485 Transpector Communications Adapter plugs into an available RS232 port on the back of the PC.
